We at Divey Foundation strongly believe that literacy/ education is the most effective and sustainable way for the social upliftment of individuals and society. In the age of e-Learning, the underprivileged children from unauthorised colonies and JJ Clusters are worst affected.
When they struggle for two meals a day, we expect them to be equipped with intelligent and connected devices. The condition of girl children is all the more pathetic. Through the D-Diksha (दीक्षा) initiative, we cater to the needs of a heterogeneous group of learners up to the pre-degree level. It provides for flexibility and open learning facilities, with proper curriculum and examinations leading to certification.
D-Diksha is an open learning system to prioritise client groups. It is an alternative to the formal school system in pursuance of the National Education Policy. The objective is more significant equity and justice in society regarding basic education. Divey Foundation’s D-Diksha programs work under the aegis of NIOS.
Our training methodology emphasizes experiential learning, where students are actively involved in practical exercises and real-world scenarios. We offer diverse courses, ranging from soap and candle making to computer literacy and English language skills. In today’s digital age, we also focus on building digital literacy, ensuring that our trainees are well-equipped for the technology-driven world.
What sets D-Shram apart is our commitment to long-term support. We stay connected with our graduates for up to two years after they complete their training. This mentorship ensures that they are not just ready for the job market, but also equipped to thrive in real-world work environments. Our trainers act as guides and mentors, helping graduates navigate challenges and adjust to new career paths.
